RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you love your Sweetpea pieces! If something’s not quite right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, socks and water bottles are non-returnable unless faulty.
To request a return, email sales@sweetpeaactive.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once your return is received. We don’t offer direct exchanges, please place a new order for any replacements.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, and standard delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.
Delivery is £5.75, or free if you spend over £120.

PRODUCT CARE
To keep your Sweetpea favourites looking and feeling their best:
- Wash at 30°C with similar colours.
- Turn garments inside out before washing.
- Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Do not iron printed or branded areas.
- Air dry naturally to help maintain the shape, stretch and softness of the fabric.
Always refer to the care label on each garment for the most accurate washing instructions.
