REFUND POLICY
We hope you love your Sweetpea pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order if:
Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags are still attached
Items are returned in original packaging
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on socks, unless they are faulty.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@sweetpeaactive.co.uk with:
Your order number
The item(s) you’d like to return
Reason for return (optional, but helpful!)
We’ll guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as Sweetpea is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, we’re truly sorry. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details, and we’ll fix it quickly.
