Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, socks and water bottles are non-returnable unless faulty.
To request a return, email sales@sweetpeaactive.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once your return is received. We don’t offer direct exchanges, please place a new order for any replacements.

I bought 2 hoodies. One in black and the other in beige. Love them both and I realise they are an oversized fit, but I have a little issue with your sizing descriptions. I’m a straight size 12 which I honestly don’t think is ‘large’. I think 12-14 should be medium. As a result I ordered ‘large’ in my first order which really was huge but comfy! So I ordered the medium in black which was better although still very roomy. I suppose I really don’t like 12-14 being described as ‘large’.
What can I say this was my last piece to get the whole current sweet pea collection and they have only gone and done it again. This is so soft and comfortable and the quality is amazing. You really get what you pay for.
This is such a gorgeous hoodie. You can feel the quality as soon as you pull it on. So soft, the material is so thick and I love the colour too.
