We hope you love your Sweetpea pieces! If something’s not quite right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, socks and water bottles are non-returnable unless faulty.
To request a return, email sales@sweetpeaactive.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once your return is received. We don’t offer direct exchanges, please place a new order for any replacements.
